Europe
For most EU countries, we ship with DHL.
Delivery time: around 1–2 weeks.

 

United States (Important Info)

Due to recent U.S. import tariffs, all orders to the USA are shipped via a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service.

What this means for you:
All taxes and duties are fully paid by us.
No extra charges on delivery.

How shipping works:

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days
Tracking number may appear a few days after dispatch
(the parcel first travels to an EU logistics hub, then flies to the U.S.)
Final delivery is handled by USPS
Total delivery time: approximately 2–3 weeks

 

Rest of the World (Outside the EU)

For countries outside the EU, we ship via standard international shipping.
Delivery time: around 2–4 weeks, depending on destination.

 

Unclaimed & Returned Packages

If a parcel is unclaimed and returned back to us, we’ll be happy to reship it for you. Please note:

The additional shipping cost is paid separately.
It is calculated based on the parcel’s weight.
The reshipping cost may differ from - and can be higher than - the original shipping fee.

If this happens, we’ll contact you with the exact reshipping quote before sending the parcel again.
