US Import Duties Update
Ordering from the U.S.? Please read about new import duties & fees
We ship from the European Union (Poland). Due to recent U.S. import rule changes, all imports may be subject to duties and/or customs processing fees upon arrival—regardless of order value.
ℹ️
These charges are set by U.S. authorities and carriers. They are separate from our item price and shipping cost and are paid by the recipient at delivery, unless you choose a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option.
What changed on Aug 29, 2025?
- Low-value duty-free entry was removed. U.S. Customs may charge duties and/or processing fees on all imports.
- More formal customs processing. Even small parcels can be held for payment/clearance by the carrier.
- Delivery times may be affected by customs review and payment steps.
What this means for your order
- At-delivery charges may apply. USPS or your courier may request payment of duties/fees to release the parcel.
- We don’t control these costs. Amounts are set by U.S. authorities and can vary by product and carrier.
- We’re here to help. If you prefer no surprises, ask us about DDP options before checkout.

Frequently asked questions
Do gifts avoid duties or fees?
No. Marking a parcel as a gift does not exempt it from potential duties/fees under current rules.
How much will the fees be?
It varies by product classification, value, and carrier processes. For transparency, we can quote an Express + DDP option where import charges are prepaid.
Who charges and collects the fees?
U.S. Customs determines duties; the delivering carrier (USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx) typically collects them before or at delivery.
What if I refuse to pay at delivery?
Parcels may be returned to sender. We’ll treat this as a refused delivery per our policy; any return shipping and unrecoverable fees may be deducted from the refund.
